Xuzhou Rainbow Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd
We are located in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, not far from Shanghai, the world famous capital of machinery manufacturing. Headquarters of Caterpillar excavator factory, LIEBHERR, XCMG Group are located here too. With the advantage of geographical location, our factory has many skilled workers, able to complete the production of excavator bucket and other size structural parts.
We can produce a large range of the excavator buckets from 1.5T to 200T, like the the bucket for EX1900 and the underground loader buckets for CAT series R1300 R1600 R2900.
We also focus on excavator auger, skid steer loaders attachments and tractor attachments. Our goal is to make full solutions for attachments of construction/farm machinery products.
Our plant area has grown from 2000 square meters in 2011 to 6500 square meters now. Our workshop equipped with variety of advanced production equipment such as: 12000W laser cutting machine, flame cutting machine, 500 ton bending machine, CNC plate rolling machine, CNC lathe processing center, boring machine, drilling machine, many sets500 Panasonic welding machine and other equipment.
There are nearly 50 people in our whole team, including 19 welders and 5 engineers. We have professional technology and R&D team, which can support to the drawing processing or to the picture we design processing. And we also have our own quality inspection department; all of these can ensure us to produce high-quality products.
